Designing key touchpoints of a customer flow management platform, from marketing website to in-product experiences.

At Qminder, I worked across both marketing and selected product interfaces, focusing on improving clarity and consistency across different touchpoints.

My role included designing landing pages, leading the redesign of the company website, and shaping the overall visual language of the product.

In parallel, I worked on product interfaces such as iPad check-in and TV queue displays, used in real-world service environments. I conducted usability testing both on-site and in the office, inviting users to test new solutions and identify potential issues early.

These interfaces needed to be simple, clear, and efficient under time pressure, supporting both customers and staff during in-person interactions.

Working across marketing and product allowed me to connect visual communication with real product usage, ensuring that what users see on the website aligns with how the product works in practice.

WHAT I LEARNED

As part of a small startup team, I worked across both marketing and product, often taking responsibility for decisions that would typically be distributed across larger teams.

This experience strengthened my ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to complex and evolving requirements.
