Designing key touchpoints of a customer flow management platform, from marketing website to in-product experiences.





CHALLENGE
The challenge was to clearly communicate a complex SaaS product across different touchpoints, from marketing pages to product interfaces.
This included designing landing pages that explain the product, while ensuring consistency with how it works in real use, such as customer check-in on iPad and queue display on TV.
SOLUTION
I focused on improving clarity and structure across both marketing and product experiences.
By designing landing pages, refining selected product interfaces, and aligning visual and interaction patterns, I helped create a more consistent and understandable system for both customers and end users.
